I've had a lovely afternoon listening to Cerys Matthews, Edith Bowman and Guy Garvey on Six Music. Now Jarvis Cocker has just come on and I've had to turn it off!
He gives me the total heebie jeebies! I can literally hear his slavers!
Is it just me? Or is there someone you just can't bear to listen to on the radio?
Not a big fan of Sarah Cox or Jo Whiney either. |

Putting the 'cum' in Eboracum |
Chris Evans and Steve Wright both annoying as fuck. And I hated the Jeremy Vine show, not because of him, but because of the angry loons he used to have ringing in.
I listened to Ken Bruce til midday then turned over for Radcliffe and Maconie on 6 Music. |

Can't stand Radio 1 since Moyles left, switched to XFM, which has since become Radio X and Moyles and Vernon Kay are back on the air with it which is a result |

Funny that people don't seem over keen on Jo Whiley cos I can't stand her either.
Something about her always seems fake and insincere. Probably the way she over enthuses about stuff when something just tells you she can't stand it anymore than you can but she wants to be hip and trendy like the young 'uns.
Apart from that..shes not too bad! |

Cant stand Chris Evans, proper big headed swine and constantly likes to brag and boast about how much money he has got..... Fair play to the guy he has worked hard to get to were he is but dont he like to let every one know exactly were he is
Ow and Sarah Cox does my head right in, the most anoying woman on the radio, I would shag the arse off her mind and would let her moan and talk as loud as she wanted in the bedroom but fooooook me there would have to be a mute button for afterwards |

any radio at all is crap...999 rubish songs followed by one mediocre one then 567 terrible ones then one ok one, 98 terrible ones again then by some time next friday there might be one i like..
i love my music, just nothing that seems to make it to air..
used to love chris goldfinger on radio one though...that's my one exception, his reggae dancehall show was brilliant! fantastic music and plenty features on reggae and it's history and live shows from things like sunsplash in jamaica, and stuff like that, some good soundclashes, they've replaced him with other similar shows but i just don't seem to like them at all for some reason, couldn't tell you why. |

Scott Mills and Grimmy need their microphones shoving as far as possible up each others arses. In my opinion of course
Radio 4 is banned in my car. It annoys the fuck out of me. Radio 3 is just boring.
Sam FM FTW!

I had you figured as a Radio 4 person. I might be wrong. I do enjoy surfing intenet radio now and again. Getting preachers from the mid West and weird phone ins. I tend not to dwell for too long but it is fun for a short time. |

I don't actually listen to the radio at all. I download my own music and get important information from newspapers and TV news. I probably would listen to radio 4 if all else failed, though.

Did you listen to the radio when you lived in New York? If so... which station? "
When I was in high school I listened to a reggaeton station a lot. Then when I was older I stopped listening to the radio because I took the subway everywhere and not my parent''s car and you can't get the radio in the subway.
When I got older it was a station called "fresh" so I could sing pop music at the top of my lungs while driving.
My dad listened to npr (which I think is like radio 4?), and it used to either be really interesting or put me to sleep

I think due to my love of NYC and since we're in the age of digital radio, I thought I'd have a look for a radio station to listen to. Mind I dare say I'll be listening to the breakfast show in the middle of the afternoon. |
