Good clear pic, though there's a fair amount of disliking of pics where the user isn't the dominant element of it. Others can be a distraction in pics.
As with verifications, mainly people value them and want to glean from them if another user is reliable and decent. Less so that they know how to shag and what their techniques are.
Back to pics - let them reflect how are, such that others will feel certain that they have a grasp of how you look. The clearer that understanding that your pics engender in others, the better they are able to be confident that you are or are not, for them. Even where we allow others to reach a decision that sex with us wouldn't work it is still a success. Both those rejecting us and ourselves have then saved a lot of effort whilst undertaking social or a sexual meet that wouldn't have worked.
