Didn't it originally start out as gimmick spot on Jimmy Kimmel or something? How the hell did it gain this much traction? |

only seen the adverts, but it appears to be a televised version of singing into the hairbrush while dancing round the bedroom. except it's paid celebrities instead of teenagers. |

Why don't we have air guitar AND lip,syncing.
Cowell,ended music and innovative talent years ago.
Now it's all karaoke and "singer songwriter" dirges. No more musicianship. What's that then?
So let's shove in the final nails and call it quits!
