People are into all kinds of different things when it comes to this. Suggest if you're interested in it then you might want to look it up on some fetish sites to see the wide variety of different play that people do? |

Being looked after can be a part of it, this often comes under adult baby.
Some people just like wearing diapers, they don't even wanna use them for anything other than sexual reasons, some like to pee in them or even poop in them (or pretend to poop in them) so this is part of what they enjoy also.
I have incontinence issues sometimes, don't mind bringing that into play and is how i ended with a bf who was into diapers. I have a pic on my profile so anyone into it would know.
Sometimes it happens because of issues from childhood also. |
