So, I'm only familiar with saying "fucked off" when I'm indicating that someone left somewhere. So I looked this up in Urban Dictionary to see exactly what you meant by your OP. Anyway....
The third definition reads:
Fucked Off: "The feeling you get when the guy your sharing a flat with sleeps with the girl you are in love with and then acts like his balls are made of platinum."
I take it this isn't what you mean, though...
