Should a veri be for a recent meet only?

So I've seen a few newbies who then suddenly display veris. Fair enough. But the person veris says o i met so and so years ago. Don't you agree alot could happen in between them meeting.

Shouldn't veris br recent? Thoughts?

Hereabouts

No cos what's to say they have changed at all? You shouldn't base your judgements of people solely on what other people have said about them. By all means take it into account... But form your own opinion. I don't even read verifications. Most of them are shit like "he had a yummy cock and it was very suckable" or cringey stuff like that (which I fully admit I have written in the past)

My Own Little World

I have veried people when they have returned to fab. They are still the same person I met no matter how long ago.

Verification normally are to prove the person is genuine, even if their circumstance has changed they can and probably are still a genuine person to verification will be as valid as any

This.

The fact that some people use veri's as some sort of fuck re_iew is irrelevant.

Depends what it says. If it's all "she has long flowing blond hair and a fantastic figure, or at least she did when I met her in 1973" then yes, you have a point. If it's about verifying the fact they exist then I it's not an issue.

You Dont Need to Know, right now

I re-verified people when they return to Fab after a break. Verifications are just to confirm that they are the gender they claim to be, and it's very unlikely that this will have changed after a break.

I was thinking more along these lines. Appearances can change in a few years.

Why do men need verifications? To prove that they aren't a single woman pretending to be a man?!

I wasn't referring to men. Women can change physically alot in a matter of years, as can men.

"I wasn't referring to men. Women can change physically alot in a matter of years, as can men."

But you don't Verify someone in the manner of "i verify this persons photos are an accurate representation of their current appearance."

If it's about their appearance then I wouldn't give it much credence if it was referring to years ago - same as I wouldn't want to rely on a photo from years ago either. I suppose the problem is unless they actually refer to the fact that they met years ago, you really don't know when it is from.

When you first sign up you get asked to do a photo veri with a piece of paper your user name and I believe date. That is supposed to be proof enough you are genuine. However I would believe a veri from someone who has met this person no matter how long ago over a pic on a bit of paper

Verification is to prove the person is who they say they are. It's shouldn't matter if they met in 1973 it's still the same person after all people change their appearance all the time.

Even that doesn't have to be of your face.

I don't believe verifications as it's others persons opinions and it might not be my opinion.
