Heat?
I sat around deliberating for a couple of hours. Coffee, food or exercise. Since I was distracted on here I went for coffee.
Now I think I'll get off my lazy ass!
What's your favourite way to warm up?

On Saturday's I get my heat shouting at football results when Newcastle United invariably throw away another result. The rest of the week is a combination of central heating, hot drinks and occasional slipper socks! |

This is a bit p_edictable but, I find a good sex session usually warms me up plenty - in fact it generally brings on a serious sweat - if its really good  |

I always have cold feet in winter and I hate it, especially at night because I can't get to sleep until I'm warm all over. However, a couple of years ago I accidentally stumbled upon a solution to said problem:
*drum roll........*
Pelvic floor exercises!
For some reason unknown to myself, doing pelvic floors increases the blood flow to my legs and feet and warms them up in a matter of minutes.

Replacing him is the problem, see out the season hopefully stay up and then sack him.

I've not had heat or running hot water in the house for 5 weeks. Boiler packed up and haven't had the chance to fix it yet  .
Means longer hours at work where it's warm and has hot showers  |
