Same as our black pudding except they use rice instead of oats and sometimes add a good glug of red wine. It's a bit sweeter than our version too.

i worked down south, and i was asked to bring bury black pudding back, as the stuff in southampton is crap, after a a few weeks i was taking back with me up to 10 x 3kg a week, one man ate a 3 kg catering size in 4 days on his own
