Early lunch, late lunch or bang in the middle?

I'm on a 9 hour shift and just started my 45 mins lunch, 6 hours in.

I've just worked an 8hr shift (05:00 - 13:00) I managed one ten minute break. Best part is that were automatically deducted 45mins every day for breaks. No one ever gets anywhere near that in week, let alone a day!

9 hour day, lunch 5 hours in but don't get a lunch break per se, just eat and work. Not clever, but I defy my boss everyday and take a 30 min breather

I usually skip it. If I do, then later in the day as I have top heavy schedules.

Lol 2 hr nighshifts before Xmas, still time for coffee! If your not taking breaks that are being deducted boss is having you for mugs, not the coffee variety,I'm in industry where firms take piss, but lucky to work for one paid straight through, how much does it cost them? Nothing it makes them money, from happy workforce??

Work 12 hour shifts. Get 45 minutes. As my job is relatively low maintenance except when it kicks off, I rarely take a break. I'll sit at my desk and eat, but never sit away for 45 minutes.

Have an hour or so stretched between 12 and 14 depending on what's going on.

If I work from home normally take about four hours as easily distracted.

I have frequent breaks, as it's healthy, during my hard student daytimes, eating whenever it's appropriate - I start really early with exercise classes, before the graft, so work up an appetite. Writing long sentences means I get coffee.

On a late shift I preferred a late lunch, on an early about mid shift.

Now doing 12 hour shifts, so 2 breaks 4 hours apart.
