Sometimes on here I like to talk to people knowing it's not going to go anywhere there is no strings about meeting and it's just to chat and have a bit of banter. Anyone else?? Or is everyone on here just chatting to people they want to meet?? |

I chat to quite a few people, people that I like and really respect, for different reasons. The majority aren't people that I want or expect to sleep with or fancy somehow.
There are others here that I am very fond of, including Diamond, and know their birthdays off the top of my head. There are people I look out for - from a caring perspective - and would do stuff to help out and support.
I've blocked just a few people, so my inbox door is open to almost all.
After a few years here keeping up with friends can become a bit like staying in touch with old friends and family - you mean to but do it less than you'd like.
The great thing with forum users though is that you catch up by proxy, viA their forum posts.
So I'd encourage people to get in touch with others - probably wiser to add that you're platonic interest centred, if you are.
Otherwise it can happen that your interests are broad. There are a few people that I admire, like and fancy but I've not made suitable approaches yet. |
