Hi

can all the lovely fabbers advice me on what's a good fragrance to wear?

I currently put on a cool waters edt by davidoff .. But it kinda wears out within a couple of hours ..

Need something that's more long lasting.. But is mild.. And of course acts as an aphrodisiac

Suggestions please

Mav

Zegna Forte by Ermenegildo Zegna

The original Marc Jacobs For Men is nice too but can be hard to get hold of.

Fragrance only seems to fade, because your nose gets so used to it, and treats it as normal!!

Cool water is the best for me by far.. fresh, understated and very lush

Don't laugh, it's a real cheapie, but Ilove Cusson's for Men - I don't think you can get it any more though

Fragrance is personal to the skin, so best to take a lady friend and see which of any of the above work for you and you like wearing. I would also mention Gaultier, paco rabanne black xs, and one million.

Take a minute to think through how a perfume/cologne works. A man's fragrance contains female sex hormones to stimulate your male pheromones. A female scent scent contains male pheromones. We each have a unique combo which links to an opposite combo in the other individual.

So, first you have to find a scent that gets your pheromones flying then find a woman who has none of your set (it is linked to your immune system). In theory you make babies with a now unique combo that will survive all the ooh nasties you survived.

And remember, if you stink of fragrance she is just going to think you are just covering up a bad attack of BO! And quite a few women are allergic to men's fragrances (and vice versa).

Dunhill is strong and lasts ages albeit a bit pricy. Another good one is Eternity for men, lasts all day and a nice fragrance too. Surprisingly, Activist from the Body Shop although cheap by comparison is a very very good shout. All in my opinion of course.

Chanel Homme Sport is another nice one or Paco Rabanne Black XS (smells a bit like strawberry and always got some positive comments from women)
