Even cataract surgery is amazing. Where once bottle end glasses were needs after lens removal. Then contact lenses. Then open surgery with guesstimating for lens power. And now keyhole surgery with multi focal lenses needing no stitches and not just restoration but improvement in sight is the unreported advance of the last 20 years. |
