Fruit/Vegetable smoothies

So I'm trying out some healthy smoothies at home, anyone got any good combinations?

So far I'm loving banana, mango, peanut butter, yoghurt, orange juice, honey and half a lime.

Try Mango, Celery, Spinach, Cucumber and Orange Juice. Earthy but lush!

Today I have water, spinach, Goji berries, banana, pineapple, mango and cherries lol No idea how it tastes but will be d*unk regardless

Pineapple, small easy peel oranges, spinach or kale, pear and a tablespoon of some mixed ground oats and linseed

You need to be careful with smoothies though, it's really easy to consume loads of calories and sugar with a fruit heavy mix.

Too right. I have had to get back into putting veg in mine, and more water rather than juice

Spinach, kale, Apple, ginger and lime topped up with water. More vegetable than fruit so the sugars are more balanced out, but if you have strong green apples it still tastes nice.

I have one too but still have bits....... I watched the infomercial on it and they used leaves and cut out the spine due to it being tough

I end up with a few bits but I can't be added with chopping out the spine, that's far too much effort

With Kale you just grab the stem with on hand and rip the leaf off. No need to cut. 2 seconds per leaf and no big tough lumps.

Just where I need to be.

Baby spinach. cucumber.broccoli and few grapes with drop of water.

I do make up a batch and then freeze individual servings.

Green is good.

Rocket, celery, frozen spinach, grated fresh ginger, splash of coconut water, plain yoghurt and some chia seeds. Wizz it up and you'll have a healthy smoothie. You can add half a banana. As previously mentioned, hold back on the fruit.
