Don't think it's PC madness.
It most likely makes him look unprofessional and gives the wrong opinion of him and the sport, so he was fined to reprimand him.
He's joking about it on Twitter so I doubt he cares if he made the reporter uncomfortable when trying to work. |

Different cultures / different people / different attitudes ..... He mentioned her eyes and it was flirtatious .... Time and place maybe agreed...., however as previously stated .... Just bat it back ....
