They're made with skimmed milk..bit only fattening if you take sugar I guess. But you'd be still ok drinking the normal ones as you might lose out in taste and enjoyment. ...

Kent

Whole milk has about 65 cals per 100 ml, semi skim 47 and skimmed 35.

Some of those coffees are pre sweetened as well so watch for that.

The only way to have a totally non fattening coffee is to drink it black.

Chams or Socials

I'm not doing dry January as I rarely drink so I'm giving up lattes instead.

They are my morning treat on a work day so will be a killer!!

Back to black coffee & herbal teas

Look at the ingredients. I try to cut down on sugar but don't substitute with sweeteners. I don't have a lot of choice.

The Town by The Cross

Tea 0 cals.

Coffee 0 - 5 cals

Skinny latte 150 cals.

6 black teas in one day = 0 cals

6 skinny latte = 900 cals.

Hello Miss H.B.

The only way to have a totally non fattening coffee is to drink it black."

The only way to drink coffee is black with no sugar, that way all you taste is coffee.

No one can accurately answer your question because the answer is relative to your height, weight, age and how many calories from other sources you consume in a day.

There is no such thing as "fattening" foods.

"Yes I'm really asking this"

It depends on what you think makes you fat. A diet low in fat is often much higher in carbs and all carbs are sugar. There is more sugar in skimmed milk that full fat.

interestingly I have just goofled Costa's website and it seems that if you drink out the nutritional values for a Massimo are different.

Anyway, if you're putting on weight it's more likely to be the crips, sweets or alcohol. You will know yourself which it is without anyone telling you.
