Is it wrong that I've bought a bottle because I fancy a massive sleep lol? I am not ill at all... does anyone else use this every now and then or am I certified drug abuser?!?

Believe it or not my friend she is a nurse and works nights and swears by it when she needs that good sleep!

I sometimes use Nytol to try to get some sleep.
