When we first moved here we didn't have anywhere to move into. We had to live out of a dumpy hotel with our two dogs for weeks while we sorted our shit out. It wasn't the best experience of my life.

You should have signed a contract and agreed an exchange date, if you knew your house wasn't going to be available for another 2 weeks where were you going to stay until then? |

As he said though, its not ready but may well have been told a told when it would be and booked to sign contract for his house around that, it happens |
