Anyone actually going to the cinema to watch it?

In the original stories, Mary is dead

Mary Morstan is mentioned in passing in "The Adventure of the Crooked Man" and "The Boscombe Valley Mystery", but by the time of "The Adventure of the Norwood Builder" (after Holmes's return) Mary Morstan has died and Watson has returned to his former lodgings in Baker Street. Her cause of death is never mentioned

The romantic in me took it to mean save him from his grief. New born baby to look after, wife killed, best friend a big shmuck....you'd feel a bit like withdrawing from the world.

But i could be wrong...

Mrs Hudson

- Ran a drug cartel

-Exotic dancer

- owns property in central London

-held Sherlock at gun point and kept him in the boot of her ASTON MARTIN

-not your house keeper

-absolute sass queen

I think the real star tonight was Una Stubbs.

"who /what is sherringham ???????? "

Sherrinford was the name Arthur Conan Doyle almost gave Sherlock, and in non-Doyle books was often a third Holmes brother (*dramatically removes reading glasses and closes book*)

No idea where the show is going to go with it though.

If they were to just come back for single episode every few years, really give themselves the time to do something special, that'd be great. This was too drawn out.
