As others have said its 18 as its an adult site. I'd be wondering why a 17 year old was wanting to join a swinging.site,and obviously if she did so and lied about her age then anyone who accepted pics from or sent them to her could be in trouble legally.. |

It was a turn of phrase rather than an assumption but yes either male or female it is the same legally |
