Given up the fags! last one was 19th December... but really feeling the need to spend £10 to get my friends back today!
Someone PLEASE tell me how bloody stupid an idea it is, and what I can do for the next few hours to stop me wanting one.
Got a vape, filled with flavour, been sucking hard on it for the last 30 mins......

But a packet and have one, then you will have another, then quilt will set in by the third, by the end of the packet you will be so guilty and angry with yourself you will buy another packet and realised you've become addicted again after all your hard work

Gum is not my thing... this vape has worked sooo well for the last week or so, im out working with friends that are all smokers in a bit.. call it anti social maybe, but I am the only one who will be sat in the office doing the work of 6 people whilst they are all out puffing away.... sigh! I DONT need one.... I DONT need one.... I DONT need one.....

each time they go for a fag just make a drink and have a five minutes ute break then start again when they come back in

Visit a cancer ward at your local hospital. Maybe do some volunteer work. You will get all the incentive to stay a non smoker right there... well done you and NEVER go back!

Congrats on beating the big C 
As for the other, my mum has the C word, its watching her the way she is now that made me actually WANT to stop, but the craving is hitting me hard todasy.... hitting the vape hard at the moment, almost half a bottle in 45 mins!
Top up, new flavour and keep going... thanks everyone, I WILL beat this if its the last thing I do!

Stop being a baby.
Here's how to stop.
Imagine you are on a desert island. No escape. No communication.
No fags.
Do you die ? No.
Do you become ill? No.
Do you get fitter ? Yes.
You are a smoker now and remain a smoker because you believe , like many do, that bad will befall you if you don't have your cigarette.
Bollocks.
Like many smokers you use that excuse to carry on doing just exactly as you wish.
If you want to stop. You will and there will only be benefits.
Invest your energies elsewhere.
You are already a non smoker. Stay that way. |

Well with the last few posts I think I have been severely kicked in the balls!
The post a few up is a good one, on the hour every hour look back on these posts and say "I'm a NON smoker" whilst enjoying a lovely cuppa Tea, never drank soo much in my life! |

I have lost my Brother in Law and a friends mother to Cancer this year. Their passing is bad but watching them get there is the terrible bit. You have made the decision, you have the reasons and you have a way to handle it. keep going one day at a time mate ....
I just kept a packet of my Yank Marlboros in my pocket still with cellophane wrap and every time I had the temptation just didn't open them. 5 year later they were still wrapped ... |

I went to see a good friend a few weeks ago and she suggested the vape i am now using, she set it up for me  cost a small fortune though, but worth it in the end!
Saving £10 a time so i can spend more time at my favourite club! haha
