it is the thing to do my advice is buy a quality starter kit and try not to smoke it like a cig its not easy to explain. They do work but you have to keep with em |

I'm going to have a Google today. Would love a decent one with menthol flavour as thats what I smoke at the moment.

Get an oil one rather than a battery cartridge one. They were rubbish and I still needed a cigarette but the oil ones are great. Just a puff now and then rather than the 10 or 20 every hour that would have been a cig and Im totally fine.
