Rest for me ..The family are back to thier own houses after 2 great days of Christmas cheer , so it's my time to just chill today till later then ....

Rest!
Back into the world of MMA Tomorrow! So its back inside the cage for lots of boxing, jiu jitsu, and grappling, time to burn off these extra pounds Christmas made me gain! Lol |

Sadly, another day in bed being ill - will someone please find my voice, I lost it Christmas Day and have looked everywhere.
And I'm fed up being ill, I've got a meet arranged for tomorrow, but somehow don't think I'm going to be having any fun  |

Apparently going for a long walk with Dad, the loopy hound and Dad's best bud.
The fact that I have been awake since the wee small hours listening to the weather failing to decide whether the view that will greet me when I open my curtains will either be a chap on a large wooden boat with animals in pairs on board or the magical land of Oz makes me question whether or not this wonderful plan will actually happen. |

A couple of hours sleep hopefully, then being lazy around my parents' house all day, I've slept here more nights over the past week than I have in my own flat, I'll be moving back in next.
No Sunday roast today, instead we're having the non traditional option of poppadoms, dips & onion bhajis followed by curry... korma for me. |

Not getting out of my jammies today.
Cooked up a banquet every meal time since christmas eve so I'm doing nothing all day. My daughter son & grandson are going to be fending for themselves working through the leftovers.
I meanwhile will be having a luxurious bath and a pamper day ........ then clean jammies on again. |

Today I'm going to date weigh myself. I'm going to write a list of all the jobs I want to do in the new year go for a long walk and as I've had meets the last two nights going to see if I can go for the hattrick of three in a row |
