Hi all, hope you all had a good Xmas.
I was just wondering if anyone has one particular celeb that they cannot stand but that everyone else seems to love?
A while back I saw Oprah Winfrey on the Jonathan Ross show and she was all "I have done this" and "Me, me, me" which annoyed me greatly. Taking a look at inter_iews she has done in America it's much the same. I know she has done a lot of charity work but she seems remarkable up herself and promotes all the good work she does. |

I probably detest one of them to the limit though many are mostly intolerable. Includes a terrible Welsh comedian/actor who is often on adverts. James corden? too. Farage. Jonathan Ross - feeble and annoying. |

You'll be doing well to even find any "celebrity" conforming to the original concept of what celebrity meant. A talent of some kind.
Cowell ended music years ago. And now we have stuff like The Voice, XFactor et al ... With self confessed talentless tossers "judging" talentless tossers. This is not the way talent is found.

I disagree with celebrity culture in general, but I reserve a special dislike for celebs who unnecessarily draw attention to themselves, or set a bad example to young people. Any footballer who gets caught committing some sort of crime, and musicians like Miley Cyrus and Kanye West, for example. |

There are a few some of which I can't explain but they just get up my nose Neil Oliver from Coast is one like that...
...others with more reasoning though Michael McIntyre just not funny and really grates on me whenever I see him.
The one that takes the biscuit though is Amanda Holden...she's so "me, me, me, look at me" especially on chat shows where she's bordered on rudeness to the other guests in her quest for camera time!! |
