People in the service industry have to put up with so much crap!

My mum used to waitress in a pub and one evening a man was being cocky and showing off in front of his companions, and asked for cold chocolate fudge cake and hot ice cream, so that's exactly what she presented him with.

Soft rolls have flour sprinkled on them before cooking which keeps the crust soft. Crusty rolls sometimes have a light glaze.
