We eat and drink ritually. What changes is the venue. We'll either be karaoking, playboard games or watching television. I'm taping a Carlos Acosta ballet that is on Christmas day to hopefully watch on Boxing day. |

Boxing day is normally a big extension of Christmas day but without the presents. Our family christmases normally last until NYE as we spend a few days with mine and hubbies parents. It's exhausting, not good for the waistline but fun! |

"So what is your Boxing Day ritual? I'm going to be on my own so might see if I can get a social or something and offer them baked ham and pickled onions
Ritual?"
I go with the ritual of Apis:
Sacrifice a bull and bathe in its warm blood.
