Hi all, For reasons I won't bore you with could anybody answer the following question:

How much would I receive now if I were to sell 6000 shares in Dragon Oil PLC?

Unusual question, but an answer would be very much appreciated. Tried looking online but unless you are a city trader the websites seem very difficult to understand x

Look up Dragon oil.

Find the share price in pence.

Multiply it by 6000.

Take off the dealing costs (minimal)

Bingo.

Their Share Price shown on their website at the end of last week was 530.00p so if true and you multiply by 6000 = £31,800

0k the easy way to find the price is on the BBC share site.

Assume you mean Dragon 0il UK - they closed at 530p on friday.

If you want to know more send me a mail and i will try to direct you to the right place to watch the share prices.

Dragon Oil closed at £5.30 per share on Friday.

So around £31,800 less your dealers commission.
