When you send something that you sold on ebay and know that they received it but still haven't left any feedback. How long would you wait until you can transfer the money into your account and use it? |

It's already in your PayPal? It's yours. If you want to check, mail the buyer and check that all is well. You'll know for certain then.

*nod* a handbag which they paid quite a bit of money for so surely if they weren't happy they'd want the money back asap?
When people don't leave feedback kinda grinds my gears |

I transfer the monies into my account asap after they pay no matter what. If they come back to you after that simply address it from there.
In my early years on EBay I sold something valuble, it was posted fully insured. The buyer come back to me with zero evidence bullpooh about the item asking for money off and a part refund, then complained to ebay/paypal. Due to that those two accounts were restricted whilst it was investigated.
It was only when the complaint was dismissed by ebay (2 weeks later after the buyers communication went to zero/silence) that my ebay/paypal accounts we're unrestricted.
Point being I dont leave money in my paypal account. Assuming the Op is using paypal. |

"Don't wait for them to leave feedback, you could be waiting a lifetime. Leave them feedback, it tends to speed up a response."
I left them feedback as soon as I saw them receive the item via royal mail tracking |

I wouldn't worry about it. So long as you were honest in the description and it wasn't a fake brand or damaged or anything like that then you have nothing to worry about.
If they do leave negative feedback and you know it's dishonest, you can dispute it.
Personally, if I wasn't happy with an item, I'd contact the seller immediately. x |

As has been said, sometimes people don't leave feedback (which is annoying, but what can you do?).
I've sold 10 items in the last month and have only had feedback for 3...
You could always send them a message and say that you received confirmation from Royal Mail/Parcel Force/[insert chosen courier here] that the item has been delivered and that you just wanted to check that they were happy with the item.
And then thank them for their custom, ask them to leave feedback and wish them a Merry Christmas? |

I took photo's and as I'm aware you cannot sell fake brands anyway. I only sold it because the bag was too small for me and Very don't like the items returned if you remove the packaging. They got a good deal considering it was a month old.
But that's what I thought. If you weren't happy with something you'd let them know straight away and get the refund asap especially round Christmas |

"Well I've messaged them and asked them what you said. So all I got to do is wait for a reply...that's if they do. "
They can get a refund at almost any time for any reason eBay always issues refunds through PayPal
Basically as a seller you will always refund even if they don't return it
if you withdraw the money they can still take it from your bank
Unfortunately that's eBay for you |

I;m sure they have up to 40 days for a refund, after that...Then they lose the right for a refund I've read it up. Surely contact the seller before going to ebay |

It's Christmas, they have probably bought a tone of stuff of eBay as well as other sites, it's probably not a priority rather than them being unhappy with it |

Whether it's Christmas or not it's common sense to check your items that you buy from sellers and if you aren't happy with said items then you'd want your money back. |

I was saying they might have sent feedback on 9 out of 10 items and just not got round to yours |

"I get quite wound up over the feed back issue I have only bought stuff and really feel that as a buyer who pays immediately I should get feed back first. I get really stubborn about it. . "
I agree that the buyer gets feedback first |
