Every year for about 15 years I've had a Christmas card from a friend, I say friend but apart from a card at Christmas no other contact.
She moved about 7 years ago and still sends me a card but I have absolutly no way of getting in touch, just this card appears every year.

Every Christmas we get a card for someone that has never lived at our house!! We have no idea who it is, there is a woman with the same first name over the road we posted it through her door one year but obviously wasn't her because we are still getting them, this year though they didn't stick a stamp on it, so it's staying at the post office!! |

for about the first 10 years I was here I used to get a calendar sent to the lady who lived here before, it was always said to auntie but she died before I moved here and I couldn't understand how they didn't know she hadn't died anyway they stopped one year.

I stopped doing Christmas cards a very long time ago, some people got very funny about the fact that they didn't get a piece of paper with a homogenised generic Christmas message on it. To the people I care about I will send a message, to those I know ill say happy Christmas, to everyone else it really doesn't matter |
