So Bolton Football Club manager had a mistress. The said mistress knew that Neil was married and was happy to be the bit on the side. However on discovering that their was a 3rd woman in Neils life she felt betrayed by Neil and her obviously high moral compass kicks in making her expose the affair she was having. I love an individual with principles......lol |

That is arguable as it is a matter of opinion. I was actually thinking more of the mistress who could not stand being cheated on but was enjoying the fact that he was cheating on his wife with her. |

I've read it briefly and the press are reporting that on discovering that she was going to tell his wife or had already told he threatened to have his mistress stabbed. Blackmail was mentioned. I don't think anyone comes out of it covered in glory. |

However when she discovered that he was having dates with a 3rd woman she felt betrayed and exposed the whole thing to the 1st woman. |

The point I was trying to make really was that you seemed to think it was arguable that he was nasty but her motives were fact. As I said neither of them sound great if the press is to be believed.  |

Ive been that mistress before. When the husband has created a completely false situation with backstory. Of how they want to leave a horrible abusive home life and start afresh with you. And you don't mind being the mistress because you believe everything you're told. So you 'make do' sharing them with their wife for the short term, making sacrifices by being monogamous to them, deal with them having a separate life away from you. You believe them when they make plans for your future together. Then you find out its all lies and there are several mistresses (and misters) and tgirlsThen feeling devastated and furious when the truth was revealed.
I don't feel being that mistress made me a bad person. Niave/gullible and weak maybe. I still feel I had the right to feel cheated or betrayed or humiliated.
