"How far would you go ?"
I have been give this a lot of thought recently.
It's really been playing on mind.
I am still struggling to get my head round it.
Should try sex with my socks off ?

Define 'extreme', OP.
I've done things in the call of duty that would probably be considered quite extreme but there are other areas I wouldn't touch with a barge pole...

With the right partner I can be RACK (if unsure, google RACK and SSS in BDSM).
How far would I go? I would never consent to having done to me anything that would cause permanent marks or injury, or which would need the attention of a medical practitioner. Nor would I do anything to someone that would require such attention.
That said accidents do happen and I have at least one scar from BDSM. We live and learn. |

Having just Google those that's basically just "sex" then?
Risk aware consentual kink?
All sex has risk, I've caused way worse injuries through vanilla sex mishaps than though kinky stuff.
Most of my sex scars have faded now though

Bruises I have given and received in abundance through impact play.
RACK is more about things that are not considered "SSC" (safe, sane, consensual). Such as blood play, breath play, possibly knife play. Though I would always be very big on gaining consent from whoever I am playing with. I've definitely done things that are risky, with full knowledge of how to control the risks.
While I love vanilla, in the kink world my limit is basically that I won't do or have done to me anything that is likely to require the intervention of a doctor or paramedic. I'm not going to put someone in hospital or make them miss days off work. |

Furthest distance was 5000 miles using three airliners to meet my internet sweetheart back in 1997, we married a few months later and are still together (and yes, she is on fab too)
Furthest I went for a NSA meet was three hours each way for a two hour meet and it was worth it. |

Define requires intervention?
Cause short of extreme serious damage most stuff can be patched up at home.
And even vanilla sex carries the risk of say broken limbs, torn or snapped genitals all hospital visits. |
