Hopefully an earlyish night as we fly out boxing day at around six am so need to be adjusting our sleeping patterns. Maybe putting a tree up and presents around to surprise the kids ...more likely preparing veg ...

xmas eve i will be working a 12 hour shift until 8 pm - but me and the kids now 21 and 24 - always have a massive party food eat-in about 10 and a few drinks before opening pressies at midnight - im working xmas day so only minimal drinkage - kids are going to have to take control of xmas dinner prep and start cooking it on the day - also working boxing day til 2 so i can tell you waht i will be doing that night

Planned, I asked Santa for a puppy and he's giving me a new knee instead, horrible timing but will be worth it in the long run
