I read the title of the original thread with baited breath and now I'm a little disappointed having actually read he whole thing. This isn't a 'single guy problem' it's just life. To me, single guy problems are 'started working out regularly, now my arms are too big and I can't wash my shoulders in the shower' or 'both the tv channels I'm watching have adverts on at the same time'.

Possibly not enough protein. Quite a carb heavy diet thinking about it. Anyway. I'm not a moaner just commenting. |

No I know, just trying to help. Carbs are ok as long as they are good carbs. You do need protein tho. Calculate your Macros there's lots of online calculators that will help and see what it recommends. I know your veggie but there's loads of ways to get protein without meat. Even shakes. You can get vegan protein powder x |
