I can't decide what to have.
I was thinking about chip barm from choppy but I've told myself they have closed now lol
Looking like beans n egg on toast I think... Not quite as inviting as a chip buttie but a lot less calories lol |

I got a little free course special tonight:
Starters: Avocado with the dressing - mix up a little French mustard, olive oil, malt vinegar...BOOM!
Mains: Jerk spiced mini fillets with small Greek style salad (no olives...yuck!) splashed with the dressing above & a buttered crusty baguette...sliced...at an angle...BAM!
Desert: choc ice, maybe 2  |

I have a Thai chicken curry in the slow cooker. Should be ready about 6pm. Trying to decide whether to keep it completely clean and have quinoa or buckwheat with it, or ruin it and have bread and rice. |

Did pork belly in a sweet peach mustard and honey with pasta cooked in veg stock and Worcestershire sauce. Sauteed peppers, shallot and garlic with chilli and a salad with beetroot and a fig balsamic dressing |

i fry both sides to brown then oven on 180 for 10-12 minutes. but has to be in dripping in the oven
i May not be looking for friends.  |

I'm having a roasted aubergine topped with a ragù of lentils, tomatoes, raisins & smoked paprika with a garlicky almond yoghurt dressing, toasted pine nuts, lemony rocket & pomegranate Pot Noodle. |

my steak is thick not some cheap frying steak that's wafer thin.
don't spoil steak with seasoning before cooking. all that salt draws all the juices out.
