Not to be a party pooper but different drinks don't effect the type of d*unk you become.
Different alcohol levels, yes since there's more in whiskey than beer so the intake is faster.
But a 40% vodka, rum or whiskey won't effect you in different ways, that parts in your head
It's like a can of Stella won't make you any more angry than a can of fosters. |

"Wine - flirty and sexually aroused around men.
Jack Daniels - gets me on the dance floor.
Cocktails-talkative "
Beer - social, laughs, banta
Vodka - gets me stupidly horny
Wine - very horny, but very d*unk, then sleep (no wine please haha)

I beg to differ. Wine affects me differently to spirits,my neck goes hot and stiff and I feel d*unk quicker than on Jack Daniels. My mum always cried when she drank gin. Different chemical reactions to different ingredients maybe. Vodka gives me an instant headache. |

A lot of it depends on what mood you were in when you started drinking and the social contex. The idea that gin makes you unhappy probably comes from its nickname "mother's ruin" - the idea that it makes women depressed, which is a cultural idea. But fundamentally, alcohol is alcohol whichever way you slice it.
^ they're not my words but quoted.
Also a lot is dependent on the carrier, e.g rum and Coke where tequila is usually a shot. Both might be 40% but the Coke will be Full of sugar so give a different effect.
It's like Stella being nicknamed "wife beater" it's got nothing in it to promate turning angry and violent.

I only drink vodka, bacardi or wine and I'm a happy, friendly, flirty d*unk.
Learnt a long time ago that gin makes me cry, and whisky based drinks argumentative. And shots are to get avoided at all costs |

The only drink that alters my behaviour is Tequila.
I am apparently totally lucid but cannot remember anything I said or did.
I very rarely drink it. I like Malt whisky and Gin.
Champagne and real ale. Not really any difference in effect |

All I know is a night in chameleons on gin and my standards hit the floor shortly after my knickers and I became the club bike!
I'm sure the staff will be happy to confirm. Especially Marc as he was feeding it to me with very little tonic through a straw!! |

Beer, wine, and spirits make me friendlier than normal, seriously, I've been d*unk on any one or combination of these drinks, and gone for curry or after party with people I've just met, like I've been friends with them for years.
However cider, turns me into a horrible cunt, im extremely violent on cider, and it releases a dark side of me that I don't like, so I avoid it like the plague, the last time I drank cider was 1992, and my mates had to stop me trying to stuff a taxi driver into his own boot.
I can't understand people who have such a trigger and just carry on like its normal
It's a shame because I love the taste of cider, but I know I can never drink it ever again |
