I'm now onto day 3 of not having a ciggie, using a vape to try and sort my cravings out, 1st day was quite easy, yeaterday was bearable, today I am starting to feel a little anxious.... didn't fill vape up this morning and only got 3/4 of a tank to last the day.
This is my second attempt at this, I managed 4 months last time, hope I can manage to last longer this time.
Anyone else recently given up? Need as much support as possible to stop me wanting to go for 20 ex friends! |

Stick with it mate. I'm on my 2nd year now and that's from a 20/30 a day man and from the age of 13. Make an excuse to nip out and get some juice don't make it any harder than it already is. Best of luck mate and remember why your doing it your a long time dead |

I quit about 2 years ago I used 1 of them electronic cigarettes I just had a cpl of drags when I had bad cravings after about 2 weeks didn't need it anymore .
The down side is I weigh about 3 stone more now |

My Dad stopped smoking 26 years ago by using hypnosis. Never thought he could as at that point been smoking heavily for 40 years.
So good luck you can do it x |

I started vaping and gave up about six months ago. I also bought a new house and declared it a smoke free zone ....... although that's an extreme move!
I don't even use my vape any more so stick at it. |

Avoiding people and place which encourages you to smoke helps initially, just till you feel confident you won't crack. |

That's a bit hard Laine, I work with a co driver and he smokes about 40 a day 
Just told him to get the fuck off my coach whilst he's puffing away, think he took offence! Haha, he's getting cold outside now |

I stopped around 4 weeks ago
I switched to vaping too - it really does work!
I'm ignoring the haters!
I love it that I don't stink of smoke anymore and that I'm saving a fortune!
The health benefits are questionable though  |
