Is it just me that finds this but are most single women really really stuck up their own arse. Maybe it's just me ha but would be good to hear what other people think. Don't get me wrong there are some decent women. But some ? Fuck me their hard work ha |

In my experience most of the ladies I've spoken to are lovely, a minority are indeed up their own arses (in my humble opinion), some are scary and some are just plain nuts! But mainly lovely! |

Single guys outnumber everyone else on here so it may be harder to get that long sought after meet. But coming on a public forum and calling most of the single ladies stuck up will be more of a hindrance than a help.

Some are hard work, some are horrible - but some are laid back and easy going and some are lovely. Concentrate on the nice people and ignore the ones you think are stuck up, it makes the site much more fun |

They could be perceived to be this way especially if they don't get a chance to see, let alone reply to messages. I've seen divalike statuses and profiles..maybe mine is too. That's how they choose to show themselves and help by filtering themselves out of your search!

Well I think I'm quite nice really! And attention doesn't go to my head or make me stuck up...I know it is what it is....a number's game most of the time. I just hope to find the people who have liked me for what they see and read, not just because I'm a single woman with the required body parts. And if don't reply to some men it's because I can tell they haven't connected with me, not because I'm being rude or stuck up. |

I suppose it is easy for the attention to go to some people's heads, not just single women but many are not phased by the attention nor are seeking it. Its easy to apply filters to keep messages down and block after polite no thanks messages to stop any abuse or pestering but I have found it can sometimes get a bit tedious although there's never an excuse to be rude. For example, last night I received 2 messages from guys I'd already turned down, for reasons already explained in the first sentence of my profile yet they ignored that and thought I was someone completely different due to a profile pic change. If these guys had bothered to read my profile then they wouldn't be wasting their time. I don't know what behaviour the op deems to render women up their own arses but I'm sure some aren't as understanding as others in their replies to single guys. |

I think you can get some men and women like this but from my experience I have only chatted to nice people which has been reaffirmed today. I do tend to however not mail everyone just the people I think I would get on with and enjoy their company. |

I've said before in a previous thread, it's more so in chat it happens. I rarely get them in messages, in messages I'll get a "thanks for the reply", no message at all, or a bitter one (rare). But sometimes the original message can come across as what I wouldn't see as polite, but not consider rude either. |
