As a percentage how many of your so called "Friends" have you met and had a real conversation with face to face and without the aid of a mobile phone/text?? Mine is 100% how many can say that.

So 100% for me also.

Probably only about 20% for us! Some are relatives in the UK whom we have met, but most are relatives from Austrailia and New Zealand with a smattering in the States.

Just one we haven't actually met (yet) who is a friend. Our Kitty! And it is good to see her back and posting on here even if she is getting a bit large! (sorry kitty! )

We are a bit odd because we have a select few swinging friends on our vanilla facebook, but they are select and people we can trust. But we have actaully met them too lol

having looked at the posts on this thread they all seem to be pretty much the same as mine. Having said that we all know people who have so called 1000s of facebook friends but nobody seems to want to own up to it on here??? Why is that I wonder??

I think all of those on mine i have actually met, some from off here too. Have a few random invites from friends of friends, even randoms from Fabs, but they don't get accepted.

Lots of ex work mates on there that are in same industry, use it as a way of keeping up to date on work, jobs, etc.

Ive 130 friends and I know all but 2 very well, so my percentage is very high. The other as 2 people I chat to in motoring groups.

I have just under a 100 friends on FaceBook. A mixture of people I went to school with, people I've met through swinging, and relatives.

I don't have any work colleagues on there, despite the constant pestering to add them.

My family are aware of my lifestyle, as are all of my friends. So combining the 3 on FaceBook doesn't bother me.

I will not combine it with my work though. I am a manager, I'm not there to make friends!!!

That's a good plan if your a manager.

People at jo's work have been in trouble for their facebook comments, one even sacked as a result. I'm just an engineer, although I have some ex work pals on there, I make sure non of the bosses are on there, don't want them to see what time I get home on a Friday, lol

we have a social network site policy at work, nothing relating to the company can be posted etc

it is a good tool for catching the skivers out though!!!
