I stopped eating sugary things.
I've been bingeing today and got a bout of brain fog.
Anyone else do something then remember why they stopped doing it? |

I get that too. I'm trying to resist the sugary things but it's not going well. I've been not resisting since we went to the zoo and I ate a bag of chocolate covered cinder toffee for my tea |

afternoon mister mac, also yes cutting back on sugary food can be a plus so long as it is in moderation.
Overall the more junk you cut out of you're diet the more energy you could have then as well as feeling better physically in the long term not to mention the health benefits too.. |

Yes, to counter it instantly I usually apply coffee, but that's also bad as it confuses my body. I'm going to have to restrict my sugar intake again from now on.
"Manic dancing around the kitchen. Seemed like a good idea at the time and it kept the cat amused. Took a couple of hours and a painkiller to recover. "
That sounded like fun... Up until the painkillers |

Used to go to the Fox & Hounds in Coxbench when it was 50p a pint, gave the landlord a £1 note and spent the change in the fruit machine.
Invariably it was costing me a quid a pint, soon gave that up as a bad job and have not played a one armed bandit since |

"
back in February last year I cut out the following from my diet, chocolate/cakes/crisps/biscuits/fizzy drinks/pastries etc...
and honestly I lost over a stone and a half off weight thanks to that and an exercise regime I followed for a good while now i'm back at my regular weight of 15 stone and tbh I feel more energetic at the gym when I train and don't get as exhausted as I used to..
going to see how long I can keep this diet up for but I'm hoping to stick to it for good I hope.. |

Yes, that contributed to my weight loss recently, and I do feel more energised.
Wishing you luck with your diet |

"I've not eaten carbs for eight years and always have cream in my coffee. Today, I had to have milk in my local cafe and I forget every bloody time how sickly sweet it is. "
Aw, that sucks that milk is too sweet. But kudos on the carbs that's commitment |

Gotta have occasional treats, but yeah, generally avoiding sugary treats as a rule works
My system has noticeably evened out, but it will be a couple of months before true equilibrium is established |

I'm going to try cutting out sugar. I eat huge amounts of sweet things - today 2 bottles and 2 iced buns. And I feel like s@@@. |
