I don't like Mondays.

Well actually, I'm normally not at all fussed what day of the week it is but currently I'm sat waiting for the RAC half way to work.

I've been here for 45 mins so far with broken front suspension and a flat tyre, but they'll be here within the next 2 hours.. Hopefully

So anyway, how's your Monday so far?

Oh I agree, it can always be worse. It's no so bad really. I'm sat in the warm car with the radio on and a magazine to read.

I like mondays. I am now at the gym doing shoulders and on the shoulder press machine doing 75kg on each side, 150kg in total for 7 reps, love the burn

I don't go to gym these days prefer competitive sport but I used to benchpress 100 kg 15 reps
