I have, because my cycles are far too unpredictable to know when I will or won't be on, but my periods tend to be very light so there's no big crime scene mess. In fact with a beppy tampon and changes of condoms there's pretty much no mess at all.

Wouldn't 'insist' on it though - blokes always given the option to cancel and reschedule!
