I love my Christmases on my own.

I am spoilt though so I have loads to open from my mum and then loads from my dad as well

I still do my own special dinner though and spoil myself food and drink wise, so it is all Pro for me

Not receiving gifts that I don't need or the earache I used to get for being at work then spending to much time at the horse ...

First Christmas on my own but have had so many offers of Christmas at friends that I've said no to them all didn't want to upset anyone

I'm not convinced my 9 yr old still believes. He was reluctant to visit Santa yesterday! I'm doing everything I can to keep the magic going though

Well i started buying her presents before she called it off.

So ive had to return her presents as i could not give them away....going to suck being single and alone this christmas...

I do miss the family get together but that long gone and buried.

Being with someone.. No. Am working first time in years too busy to think of what could be? Ho hum.. Bring on new year.

Lonely.. Been on my own for five years. This year no exception.. Be with work family ho ho ho!

Pro's- sleep. My ex used to snore like you would Not believe!!

Starfishing in bed if I want!

Control of the remote!

Snuggles with my nearly 3 year old daughter trump man snuggles the majority of the time anyway!

Cons- not staying up to fuck all night!

Just having someone special there, generally x

Pros - I get to wake up with my three great kids - and watch them open their presents.

My ex watches them too - and his girlfriend - it's called family unity!

I can also invite anyone I want round without consulting anyone - as its my space!

Cons - yeah I wake up alone on Christmas Day - but I'm sure he's out there somewhere - and until I stumble across him I'm more blessed then most!

Actual Christams eve and Christams day are the only days I don't really mind that I'm single cos I've got my child and it's fun and busy, it's Boxing Day when she goes to her dads for the night then it's New Year's Eve and day when she goes back up ther again. New Year's Eve is a shit time to be single. Remember New Year's Eve 2012 saying right nye 2013 I'll have a boyfriend, then said the same thing about 2014 and 2015, and this New Years I'll be saying 2016 is the year I'll get one!

. Advantages are that you are in total control and can spend your time as you please . Aa I am out and about a lot during the year and stay in three different locations during the week being alone at Christmas does not bother me .

In any event as Christmas is to celebrate the birth of Christ , presents are irrelevant to me.

Yeah I think it would be a great idea Hun - honestly! I don't just go to clubs for sex - I may not even have sex - I go to have a giggle and a boogie - and in this case to look like a complete bloody idiot because it's a themed party and fab queen and my oldest daughter are dressing me up as some guy who's name I keep forgetting from Guns and Roses! It's probably worth coming along for that alone - but who knows - there maybe a few guys who float your boat? If not you can dance like a demon with me!
