Is it only us ladies that like a good collection of shoes/boots.Mark my hubby has 47 pairs of Adidas Gazelle/Samba Trainers, is he mad or is this normal guys

My hubby has probably a similar number of pairs of shoes as i do....and that's saying something!....and he has infinitely more jackets. Shoes and jackets. He is obsessed.

Yeah good point he has lots of jackets and coats too

They've obviously understood the concept that with a different jacket and a different shoe you can instantly change an outfit! It's all about the accessorising!

Gazelle and samba were OK in the 80's..

I wore Adidas Columbia the dark blue silver ones and Zx700 and 800.

Remember paying now wait for it £69.99 In 87 for the 700's lol from JD sports in Liverpool.

If Daley Thompson wore it then I had it

Mate of mine rolled up in school with Samba 'Spezial' he went on to play pro so always had good stuff and the normal samba looked tame after..

Who remembers Tiempo Turfs lol
