It's an African wild animal, similar to our deer but a lot more tender.its lush. |

Never ate Springbok..but then again I may have on safari years ago..but I adore Vension..in a port jus nom nom nommmm...but since its breakfast ots poached eggs n smoked salom in quark with lashings of lime n lemon and fresh ground pepper...toast n green tea...now whose up and willing to get in the kitchen |
