Is it possible to find out who YOU VERIFIED on fab?

I gave a decent verification to a guy who then blocked me as he couldn't take rejection and was very abusive a few hours later in a long rant. Problem is I forgot his username and as he blocked me I can't get it. I want to report the abusive message and get my verification removed from his profile. Any ideas

If he's blocked you, his veri won't show anyway

Come to think of it, how do you know he's blocked you if you don't know his username

If he's blocked you, the veri you gave won't show on his profile

If he has blocked you your verification won't show on his summary (except to say there is an extra verification), however if he unblocks you it will become public.

However I'm confused, how do you know your blocked if you don't remember his name?

As others have said if you are blocked then veri is automatically removed. No issue there. As for abusive messages there is little you can do if you can't remember the guys name other than chalk it up to experience and move on. Next time report before delete

Not worth getting upset about.

I guess the only wrinkle is that without a 'counter-block' he can unblock the OP at any time in the future and show her veri on his profile ..

Will it not be in your browser history OP?

I got a message this morning and tried to reply to find I was blocked. I deleted his abusive message too fast and couldn't remember his username which consisted of letters and numbers! Now i can't seem to be able to even report this nasty individual who I liked as a friend at the time but who wanted more

Agreed. Life's too short. It was a particularly personal and cruel message however.

I'd report the message to admin, even though you've lost the details of it and the sender. If you provide information such as the senders general details, like location and anything else you recall, they'd probably find it easy to locate him.

It helps them build up an overview of someone and if he's offensive it's a pity for him to get away with it.

Yep I will. I won't let it pass. It's amazing how someone who seemed pleasant can turn nasty when they are told politely that it's only a social meet on the cards! I guess this is very common however

Unfortunately it is. I won't agree to have sex with anyone I haven't met socially and make this clear but some guys seem to have a huge sense of entitlement and get abusive when they can't get what they want which is fine with me, I don't wish to meet someone like that anyway.

If you look in your browser history, its quite possible his username will show up on one of the pages - if you can remember when you last looked at his profile lol.

Thats all I can think of.

Did you reply back to him at any stage? Have to checked your sent folder? Sorry if this has been said before

If you found his username and searchedit, it wouldn't come up. The only way to get on to his profile is by clicking on his name, this can be done if he has left someone else a verification, commented in the forum, or uses chat.

How can you give a decent Veri to someone you obviously don't know?

I'm guessing they met for a social, the op didn't want to take things further than that, told the guy concerned and he turned abusive?

I gave a verification as we did have a meal and chat and he was pleasant enough and seemed a fairly nice guy at the time! I won't be so quick to verify in future however

Because he was a nice guy when they met and the reason for verifying is to say they're who they say they are?

He only became abusive after I sent him the verification just to prove he turned up basically but in retrospect I now believe he only wanted to boost his profile by having a verification
