I used to work for npower their customer service was very good when i worked for them but how things change. Their promise was to answer calls within 3 rings |

I hate npower with a passion. I have been in a battle with them for months. I told them I was going to break down my annual salary into an hourly wage and send them an invoice for the number of hours I've had to be on the phone with them.
They waived my bill and sent me a £50 check instead.
I really dislike them.

N.Power customer service is the worst company going! They sent me threateng mail complaining they Couldn't get in to my house to read the meter after many phone calls telling them it was a outdoor meter next to my front door where they put it they readit six months later and owed me £836! It took them over six months to send me a check! In the wrong name and another two months to correct it. |

Once had an power door to door salesperson knock on and try and see me their services. I was happy with my provider at the time so politely declined. A week later, I received the 'Welcome to Npower' letter as a new customer, the sales person had signed something in my name to get their commission.
Would never deal with Npower again. |
