I've been vaping near 3 months and only had 2 fags.
My bf has been doing it 2 years without smoking.
Both of us love it. We get some amazing flavours like blackjacks blackcurrant chewing para violets etc.

Love mine not had a cig for over two years but wow the juice I go through is Un real can do 10 m.l bottle in each day when I started vaping 2 m.l did me 2 days but now I'm blowing clouds on rebuildable sub ohm devices but beware on cheap batteries and cheap juice |

I was previously vaping & smoking (I know -_-). I recently got a box mod and a super duper tank & I haven't even craved a fag in the last month! Now I just sit back & enjoy my Pink Lemonade flavour! (Sounds a bit feminine, but it isn't) Lol  |

Keep looking at getting one ... Which one is best been told the box one but so many different typed ... Need plenty of smoke for it to work for me ... Also how much would you spend on one ... Any info please. .. Thanks |

Well done to all those quitting smoking. But can I ask those guys who have been vaping for 2 yrs. ....is it with the flavours only and no nicotine insert?
I wonder if some people realise they are still getting the carcinogens with even a low dose insert/liquid. |

My bf is using 1.8 nicotine. He says to people that he might of stopped smoking but he's even more addicted to nicotine than what he was when he smoked. Xxxx |

I'm still using a beginner's setup so I keep going back to smoking but my dad's upgrading it for Christmas so fingers crossed I quit for good! There's an amazing shop just down the road from me. My favourite at the moment is peppermint |

What the report actualy says is there's a chemical trace found in the flavourings that leads to popcorn lung. It's also found in cigarettes but at much higher levels so by swapping to ecig your significantly _educing the risk but not eliminating it. Xxxx |

To be honest I can't see the point of e cigs or vapour or what ever I gave up a year ago went cold turkey and don't miss smoking and I don't fancy vapour. That is my personal choice. |

I smoke, probably on average 12 a day, so not a massive amount and I think one of the reasons I would like to give up, well 2 reasonably boyfriend doesn't smoke and the other is the cost, I dread to think the amount I've spent in the last year, so for me vaping wouldn't be an option.
besides I'm one of these 'you don't really know what your putting in your body' brigade (I know pot and kettle black and all that) so I think when I do stop, I'd just go cold turkey like my mum did |

Me and hubby have been vapibg for about year...he was more of a smoker than me and is now on a very low nicotine strength...does sometimes get a little annoying with batteries, coils etc but much better than stinking of cigs.

Its steam, not smoke. And yes, cloud chasing is a thing, and its weird."
It's not exactly steam, it's polyproplyene glycol or Vegetable Glycerine vapour, with some steam. PG is the same stuff they use to make the theatre dry ice, and also used as a humectant in dried food, is present in mouthwash and conside_ed a "safe" chemical.
No one is suggesting however that it is good for you, or that you should take it up as a hobby, just that it's a whole lot less bad than inhaling smoke. |

E-Leaf 50w battery and a kangertech variable flow subtank for me.
The only battery that I could find that lasts for more than a day.
I'm smoking vaporiz ice mint with no nicotine mixed with usa gold (tobacco flavour) with 0.6% nicotine.
I love it but still, weirdly, consider it smoking.
I aim to give it all up but I'm not putting a time on it.

Firstly, there's no smoke, so it's not smoking.
They are now almost universally banned in all public confined spaces.
All the research thus far indicates that passive inhalation of exhaled vapour has no detrimental effect on others - certainly, there is no prevalence of respiratory issues amongst those who work night after night in theatres, clubs, gigs where huge amounts of PG vapour are released.
I can understand that people would not wish to be in rooms, bars, restaurants etc which were full of PG/VG vapour, but the knee jerk reaction of many is disappointing - they don't complain about coffee vapour or food smells.

I have one but cant get into it, I get a sore throat and still have horrendous cravings for cigs...
I just wish they would bann cigarettes full stop and then I couldnt buy them |

Nicotine isn't carcinogenic.
I have been vaping for 2 months, not one cigarette in that time, and I go for much longer without vaping than I ever did without a cigarette.
After 20 years of smoking I wish I'd done it a few years ago when they first came out. Saved a fortune already and I don't buy the cheap liquids, but a 10ml bottle lasts me a week easily. |

You'd save a fortune vaping, you won't stink, and you're putting 4, yes 4 ing_edients into your body, not 3000+ like you do with those real cigs. And 12 cigs a day is conside_ed a heavy smoker by health professionals. X |

I took to it right away but I was from time to time having a shot of my bf's.
He starting vaping 2 years ago and for first 2 days coughed his guts up everytime he had a shot of it. He also kept a glass of water beside him at all times as he git the dry through aswell.

I took to it right away but I was from time to time having a shot of my bf's.

buy British tested these are tested for diacetyl which is the chemical you don't want its put in all cheap liquids to make sweet taste

I've looked at vaping but as you can't vape in many places now, seems its not worth it.
I've done the old fashioned thing and bought less cigs. I don't smoke at home (children & it's too cold and wet to go outside)
I enjoy a cig when out socially so I'll probably drop to the odd one each week. |

99% vaping for me, now. The 1% is for when I *very VERY occasionally* have a cig with a pint.
Using the new Nebox from Kangertech. It's a box style device, but fits in one hand, perfect for those that like to be discreet but still have a decent vape! |

Eliquid contains propylene glycol which is used in anti-freeze to make it less toxic if swallowed.
It's also used in food additives,inhalers and toothpaste.
Pg is classified as safe for human consumption |

Have you tried deadly sins as far as I no you can only import it from America but it's worth it. Wish I could match it but not a chance in hell. It really is gorgeous |

Currently using an Innokin CoolFire 4 box mod with an Innokin I-Sub tank with .5ohm coils. Mixing vanilla and strawberry milkshake liquids. Not touched a fag, or wanted to, since the 27th of December.
I did have an Eleaf Air GS-M tank but it leaked like a drain and it was a 1.5ohm coil. I'm looking at other tanks at the minute as the I-Sub is plastic which means I can't use citrus or banana flavou_ed liquids. I may go for the I-Sub G. |

neither apparently. i have a cheap vapey thingy which just makes me cough and it leaks a bit. normally its rollies for me.. but today ive ad 3 and been sick after every one of them.. im thinking maybe i shouldnt smoke for at least the rest of the day.
i give it 5 minutes. this thread has made me want a fag. |

Is it one of the pen type ones you can buy from garages and supermarkets? I trued one and really didn't get on with it. I eventually went out and bought my current set up for about £50 and have already saved that and more, so its definitely worth it. |

It's a 'vapouriz'... cost about a tenner for the battery thing and a fiver for each of the bits you put the liquid in.
a mate of mine has a massive one that has a fan in it and everything.. that's good fun massive clouds of vapor. mines shit |

Go to your nearest e-liquid shop or read reviews online. I can really recommend the Innokin CoolFire 4 boxmod (battery) and Innokin I-Sub tank. Bare in mind that its a sub ohm setup so don't go for the higher nicotine liquids or you'll end up feeling sick. 1.2% max is what I'd suggest and don't be tempted to turn the wattage up too high either. I'm sub-ohming at 23.5w and its perfect for me. |

Its only 4 ing_edients so not rocket science. I once changed the brake discs on an Alfasud with the engine and gearbox in place, so mixing some of these liquids should be a piece of piss!!! |

to anyone looking to start, i would go for the koopor mini box mod, it works in straight power mode and temp control mode, add the smok TFV4 mini tank and you will have one of the best temp control mods on the market. the chip in the koopor is one of the most accurate there is, second choise would be the eleaf i stick 60 tc mod, it comes complete with the eleaf melo 2 tank for under £50 |

Interesting everyone talking about their mods.
I just use a straightforward 'vape pen' or e-cig and I love it. It's plenty for me. I'd rather use the pen than a big canister in my hand! Plus I hear the big ones use a lot more liquid. |

Leaking can occur when the "coil" (the bit that heats up your eliquid) has worn out.
Without knowing what set-up you have I cant advise whether you can replace just the "coil" or the whole "tank".
Visit a local Vape shop and they'll advise on best way of getting it working again. |

I turned to vaping because of swinging, bought one for our first club visit as wife didn't want me to keep abandoning her to go for a smoke, been on it ever since, (18 months) down to 1ml strength, still on my original basic e-cig setup, hopeing to knock down strength again in next month or so |

I love vaping.... Just orde_ed a genuine dx200 offline for £26 if anybody wants a decent website for cheap (but good) vaping kit message us!! I'm always on a mission to get bigger clouds so any advice would be nice |
