People are inherently intelligent has been thoroughly pushed to its limits recently. If its not customers failing to read signs, asking for products that simply are not sold or being just total pricks, then its people deserving of the latest Darwin awards!
So my question dear fabbers is what have you seen recently (or done) that made you wish the world would open up and swallow them whole? |

Every time I see the MacDonald's bag being lobed out of the window!.
I've been so furious at times I've been known to stop pick it up follow them for miles, then soon as there stopped, hand it back through the window with the warning that my cars fitted with a dash cam!
Although one young chap did get rather uperty threw it back on the road and then proceeded to do several handbrake wheel spins all outside his own house with his neighbours looking on.
I quietly left after a big burly neighbour started on him for the wheel spinning |

The Darwin awards are really only for people who killed themselves through their stupidity (or prevented themselves from having children). I doubt you've cone across many of those, lol |

Yes I know what the Darwin awards are for, I was alluding to the fact that they are so stupid that they should be removed from the gene pool. Hence the reason why they're deserving of a Darwin award, not actually receiving one. The jokes in the use of language not the actual subject |

I had a customer buy something ceramic from where I work. Take it with her in a carrier bag to go to other shops. Come back 2 hours later asking for a replacement as she had dropped it on the floor in the green grocers and broken it.. Errr..... |

Every time I go to the uni library and see the signs about reading this, learning that, brain/mind etc, I wish something would come and swallow that up, not me that! |

"I saw somebody the other day broken down on the outside lane of the motorway... Sat there with her hazards on
And what should she have done?
Bx" .
Well I'd have thought that was obvious..
When you realise you've got problems, you coast across to the hard shoulder, failing that put it in second and wind it on the starter motor or at least get out of the bleedin car and sit on the bank |

Yeah, I thought you thought it was obvious.
Lots of cars fail in the fast lane. Sometimes with total loss of power. Sometimes just with partial. Crossing two lanes of traffic that's travelling at 70 plus mph would test a stunt driver at times, never mind a mere mortal.
Getting to the hard shoulder is the optimum but in many cases it would be near suicidal.
And, if she was stuck in the fast lane no one, but no one, who's worked on a motorway would advise trying to cross that carriageway on foot. It's doable for sure but a good many have died trying. Maybe better between the crash barriers in the central reservation but in many places there's virtually no gap.
So yeah, sitting in the fast lane is pretty rough and very scary but better than some bodged attempt to carve everyone up while they hurtle past you at motorway speeds.
Think you've been a bit harsh in your assessment of this lady.
