We always use a mixture of different wrapping paper for the kids.

Always thought it makes it look more exciting seeing all the colour xx

I enjoy wrapping pressies so it's matching all the way here, takes me ages to choose the paper I like.

I also have separate wrapping paper for Santa's gifts

Turkey foil is cheap enough this time of year and you can then use it to cook the Christmas dinner.

It's my contribution to recycling...

I find the whole wrapping thing increasingly tedious. Every year I try to put it off as long as possible. It's so boring.

That being said, I still like it to look good! It all has to be as neat and symmetrical as possible. A nice variety of paper must be used and the tags have to be stuck perfectly in the top left hand corner of the present! Come to think of it, I may have slight OCD about it all

One year I went to town on my wrapping, nice paper, nice bows but no one gave a shit when I gave them my presents so it's just the usual wrap, stick a gift tag on (that usually falls off) and I'm done.

My friend follows smithy from Gavin and Stacey's idea, foil: wrap and scrunch. Genius!

Talking of wrapping, me and the ex normally sit down Christmas Eve and wrap the stocking presents for the boys (we have three) in the time it takes him to do one of our boys I have done two, he is a little bit to precise on the old measuring the present and stuff, I cut the paper and stick (usually it's a challenge for the two that get me!)
