Hey fabbers
Some have said they miss, cheeky chops dating thread, so here you are, a place for you too find an actual date.
We are swingers yes but there are some here that would like to have a date, go bowling, go to dinner, picnic (even in the dead of winter!) the list is endless
So ladies and gentlemen, please if you want to take part, don't just write 'I'm in' this isn't a fab thread!! Sell your self!! Say why you would be a perfect date etc.
Also ladies, message the men, don't just wait for him to find you, it does work!!

No time before Xmas and January but after that definitely .. alrhough I'm guessing it may be far too early to even contemplate anything that far out?
On the plus side I'm a cheap date and toilet trained, er is that enough to entice anyone!?

I'd be happy with a companionable evening out. Cinema, dinner... (preferably something indoorsy - not exactly 'walk in the park' weather).
Me?:- Slightly nutty but a long way from certifiable. Comfortable to be with (like your favourite slippers). Gentleman enough to make the bill disappear, without a fuss.

We quite like the idea of a date.
Ideally with a couple but happy to consider singles.
Would be nice to go for a drink, maybe watch a band and have a chat. Just make new friends who you can be open with about swinging too.
I might even be brave and take off the filters overnight
We've nothing planned this weekend so far, other than that think we're busy until after Xmas.

I recently went for afternoon tea with another lady forumite - we had a brilliant time & are now firm friends. I don't click with people very easily so am pretty happy with myself. I highly recommend dating/socials/whatever you want to call it!!! |

I don't think it's a date as in 'I'm looking for a boyfriend / girlfriend' - you're right this isn't the site for that (plenty of alternatives). I've used these threads to meet people with a view to naughty fun at a future point but to break the ice, get to know each other, maybe (if lucky!) a little kiss and cuddle and then know if you want to move on to something more intimate or not.
Just a light hearted alternative to just full on sex with nothing more deep and serious intended or implied.
It's not for everyone for sure, but what's the harm for those that do want to have a social edge as well as a sexual one on here? Each to their own and all that!  |

I've been on a few dates from these threads and hopefully will be getting a couple of second dates after the new year (fingers crossed) but I'm always up for meeting new people and having some fun.

thats why i joined fabs as i dont want to date an i dont want a partner, isnt what pof an other date sites are for. Each to their own. But for me i dont want to go to the cinema, meals out etc etc isnt that a relationship it sort of crosses the boundaries to me. I was similar to you, always found looking only led to finding the wrong thing... For me it's better to get the love from friends & family when in need, and enjoy a man for his offered talents when in the mood for mischief.
Surprisingly enough, through not trying or looking I've found myself dating someone who's my kinda weird, now I'm not sure where it will lead as I'm truly crap at dating and will probably freak out and mess it up (been single too long) but am currently enjoying it for what it is not isn't. Waffling but the point I meant to share was Maybe taking a siesta from looking, getting love and hugs from your friends/family might put you in a different place and who knows what might pop up, unexpectedly and literally xxx |

I think that's what I have done I'm no longer looking I haven't got time work has taken over and I truely understand where you are coming from. I think the biggest thing is my biological clock is frigging sending alarms to my brain but I'm just trying to ignore it for a while and enjoy life |
