I've had some pretty horrible turkey cooked in conventional ovens, dry and tough maybe it will avoid that. |

I've had some pretty horrible turkey cooked in conventional ovens, dry and tough maybe it will avoid that."
im pretty sure ive cooked a turkey crown in a micro on a caravan holiday - many years ago - sort of steams it if you cover it |
